I am honored to announce that Capt Dan Runge, commander of Hillsborough One Senior Squadron, has completed the Certificate of Proficiency (Level Two) requirements and has been awarded the Benjamin O. Davis Award from National Headquarters CAP. He has also completed the requirements of Level Three and has been recommended to receive the Grover Loening Aerospace Award.
